Welcome to Integritrade we. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of our website and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), Recycling, and Asset Recovery services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Integritrade provides certified ITAD, Data Destruction, Electronic Recycling, and Asset Recovery solutions, including Certificates of Data Destruction and full chain-of-custody documentation.

• Provide accurate ownership and asset details before pickup.
• Remove sensitive data from devices not under our erasure agreement.
• Comply with local, state, and federal e-waste laws.
• Ensure proper authorization for asset transfer and disposal.

We use certified erasure software and shredding processes compliant with NIST 800-88, DoD 5220.22-M, HIPAA, and R2v3 Appendix B. Certificates of Data Destruction or Erasure are issued upon completion as proof of compliance.

For reusable IT assets, Integritrade may offer a revenue split where resale proceeds are shared between us and the client. All agreements must be documented in writing before processing.

We are certified to R2v3 standards for both physical destruction and logical data sanitization, and maintain ISO 14001 environmental management compliance.

Integritrade shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that state.
